Heathrow gets better all the time - often because people like you help to make it better. And now we need your help again - to make sure we get Heathrow's newest terminal off to a flying start.
Before we open Terminal 2, we're running a series of proving trials to check that everything works exactly as expected. The trials involve airlines, baggage handlers, Border Force, our own staff and, most important of all, thousands of volunteers who act as passengers.
The trials run between September 2013 and May 2014. Nothing is left to chance. We check everything from small-scale tests of trolley operations and bus routes to large-scale simulations of entire terminal operations.
Successful trials give everyone the confidence that Terminal 2 will provide a great experience from day one.
As a volunteer, you get to see and experience Terminal 2 before any other members of the travelling public. You will play a valuable role in helping us test our latest processes and facilities. With your help, we can make sure that Terminal 2 will provide a great service to our passengers, airline partners, suppliers and staff.
Thank you for your interest in helping us get Terminal 2 ready. Unfortunately registration for trials is currently closed
